Publisher Website means any website and/or mobile application owned or operated by the Publisher whether referred to in the Proposal or launched/published since the date of the Proposal.

• This VPM shall be established for Year one by dividing the actual Gross Ad Revenue realized during the first twelve (12) months of the Term from a specific Page Type of a specific Publisher Website by the Page Views of such Page Type delivered during the first twelve (12) months of the Term.

• If we do so you will provide a return to us within 14 days' following the end of the Survey Period, stating in respect of each Cutting:  Publication or Publisher Website title;  Date of publication;  Section of Publication or Publisher Website in which item was published;  Page number;  Byline;  Title/heading; and  Number of Copies made.

• Notwithstanding any portion of the foregoing to the contrary, Publisher acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ may (i) immediately suspend or terminate Publisher's use of, or remove, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Widget, or (ii) require that Publisher immediately suspend or terminate Publisher's use of, or remove, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Widget, on or from any given Publisher Website, or a portion thereof, for any or no reason, in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇'s sole discretion, upon prior notice to Publisher.

• A Publisher Website consists of more than one category of pages (each, a “Page Type”).

• The Publisher warrants the Publisher Content and that the materials on the Publisher Website shall not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party; are not defamatory, obscene, threatening, libellous, abusive, or otherwise illegal.

• We will notify you of Rights Restricted Material immediately after publication of the Publication or Publisher Website concerned and in any event by no later than 1am on the date of the Publication or Publisher Website concerned.

• For the avoidance of doubt, nothing shall prevent you from seeking to obtain a licence to copy or reproduce material from a Publication and/or a Publisher Website directly from the publisher if that publisher has properly withdrawn its mandate to NLA in respect of the rights which you seek to license.

• Quigo is not responsible in any manner for Publisher Website, including its content, functionality or any other aspect thereof.

More Definitions of Publisher Website

Publisher Website means World Wide Web sites of Publisher that are directed primarily at providing telephone directory information to the public in the Publisher Region, provided that (a) such World Wide Web sites are owned or controlled by or on behalf of Publisher, and (b) such World Wide Web sites are used principally for marketing or selling Directory Products.

Publisher Website or “Site” means a web and/or mobile and/or other agreed digital site used by the Publisher in connection with relevant Ads and/or Yep Ads Service.
