Supplier will deliver to Buyer on the delivery date the Pull Products specified in the Pull Notifications issued by Buyer, provided such Pull Notifications do not exceed the Liability Horizon Quantity.
After the parties agree to a Pull Profile, Buyer may issue a PPO to Supplier for all Pull Products.
The Planning Schedule provides a forecast of requirements for the Pull Products and establishes quantities applicable to the Liability Horizon Quantity and Upside Flexibility, if any, with the Supplier.

Pull Buffer" means a quantity of Pull Products within the Liability Horizon Quantity which is held in inventory by Supplier.
The purchase order shall be in such form as is mutually agreed by the Manufacturing and Supply Team and shall specify the Pull Product(s) and country(ies) to which it relates; have assigned to it a number which shall be used by the Parties in all correspondence relating thereto and shall be submitted in accordance with the Lead Times set out in Exhibit 1 (Products) and the applicable Firm Zone for the Pull Product(s) shown in each Pull Firm Order so that the Supplier may process the Pull Firm Orders.
Other than the Liability Horizon Quantity, Buyer makes no representation or warranty and assumes no liability regarding the quantity of Pull Products that it will purchase.
The reconciliation amount will be reduced by any amount realized by Supplier for Pull Products (including raw materials or works-in-progress) used, returned or sold to any party, and any other reductions agreed to by the parties.
