Pumping equipment definition

Pumping equipment means any pump or related equipment used or intended for use in withdrawing or obtaining groundwater, including, but not limited to, well seals, pitless adapters, and other safeguards to protect the groundwater from contamination and any waterlines up to and including the pressure tank and any coupling appurtenant thereto.)

Pumping equipment means all machinery and parts of pumps such as, deep well turbine pumps with right angle gear drive, vertical hollow shaft motors, jet pumps and motors, submersible pumps and motors, and other parts and fittings installed and or attached to the well; excluding cooling units, horizontal electric motors, heat pump circulating pipe and stationary diesel or gas engines.
Pumping equipment means pumps and materials used or intended to be used to help withdraw or obtain groundwater from a well and includes all of the following:
Pumping equipment means all trucks, concrete pumps and equipment of the Companies, together with all maintenance records, spare parts, spare and replacement parts and accessories related thereto, in each case, whether new or used.
