Punch List Amount means the cost or estimated cost to complete any Punch List Item as approved by the Parties in connection with the approval of the Proposed Punch List or Proposed Project Punch List in accordance with Section 16.6, as applicable.

  • If the Punch List Amount exceeds One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), the Closing may, at the option of Purchaser, be deferred until such time as a sufficient amount of work shall have been performed with respect to the Seasonal Punch List Work, the Defects or the Regular Punch List Work so that the Punch List Amount shall be reduced to an amount within the limit prescribed.
