Punch List Completion Date definition

Punch List Completion Date means the date upon which all previously incomplete or unsatisfactory items, as identified by CM, Project Architect and/or Owner are completed in a competent and workmanlike manner, consistent with standards for renovation of this type and with good building practices in the State of Florida.
Punch List Completion Date means, with respect to a Property, the date of Final Completion.
