Punch List Inspection definition

Punch List Inspection means the inspection occurring no later than 30 days after the Substantial Completion Date. At the Punch List Inspection, which may occur in one meeting or a series of separate meetings, Quadrant, Optiva, General Contractor, Architect, TI Architect, Consultant and other the designated representatives of Quadrant and Optiva shall again conduct an on-site tour and inspection of the Buildings.

Examples of Punch List Inspection in a sentence

  • During the Punch List Inspection, the parties shall: (a) determine whether the construction and installation of the Applicable Phase Landlord Work for such Phase(s) has been completed, subject to Punch List items, in accordance with the terms of this Lease; and (b) prepare a list of minor work requiring correction or completion by Landlord that will not materially interfere with Tenant using the Phase(s) for the Applicable Phase Purpose (the “Punch List”).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if (i) the elements of the definition of Substantial Completion in this Workletter have been accomplished, as evidenced by the Architect’s certificate of Substantial Completion, or (ii) Tenant fails to timely be available and cause the Architect to be available to conduct the Punch List Inspection as required by Paragraph 10.1, then the Tenant Improvements shall be deemed Substantially Complete, subject to any punch list items.

  • If Tenant reasonably determines during the Punch List Inspection that the Tenant Improvements are not Substantially Complete, Tenant will give a written notice of non-completion to Landlord prior to the proposed delivery date, which notice will describe the reasons for Tenant’s determination.

  • No later than five (5) days following the date Landlord Substantially Completes Landlord's Expansion Premises Work, (the "Punch List Inspection Period"), Landlord and Tenant shall jointly inspect the Landlord's Expansion Premises Work and jointly prepare a list (the "Punch List") of the Punch List Items (as defined below) of the observable defects or uncompleted items necessary to be corrected.

  • Approximately ten (10) days prior to Landlord’s delivery of possession of a Phase(s) to Tenant, Landlord and Tenant shall make an inspection of such Phase(s) (the "Punch List Inspection").
