Purchase Agreement (STF Borrower) definition
Purchase Agreement (STF Borrower) means that certain receivables purchase agreement, dated as of the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, by and between SalaryTap, as seller, and STF Borrower, as purchaser, as may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
