Purchase Card means a payment method whereby employees of the Town are empowered to deal directly with vendors for low value acquisitions, using a credit card issued by a bank or major credit card provider. Purchase Card means a bank provided charge card that empowers staff to obtain goods without the need for paper requisitions, purchase orders or invoices.
