Purchase Confirmation definition

Purchase Confirmation. A letter agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, executed by Countrywide and the Purchaser in connection with the purchase and sale of each Mortgage Loan Package, which sets forth the terms relating thereto including a description of the related Mortgage Loans (including the Mortgage Loan Schedule), the purchase price for such Mortgage Loans, the Closing Date and the Servicing Fee Rate.

Purchase Confirmation means a confirmation of a Transaction, in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.

Purchase Confirmation has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.2(f) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Purchase Request” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.2(a) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Remittances” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 11.5 of the Account Terms.

Examples of Purchase Confirmation in a sentence

• Information/ Data provided or known during the tenure of the Purchase Confirmation should not be revealed to any 3rd party by the Supplier.

• If this Agreement and/or the relevant Purchase Confirmation is cancelled in this way then the Purchaser shall not be required to pay the Supplier for the Goods/Works/Services until the Purchaser has set off any additional costs it incurs as a result of such breach, bankruptcy or insolvency.
