Examples of Purchase Volume Limitations in a sentence

  • With respect to any quantities ordered under such purchase order that exceed the Purchase Volume Limitations, CyDex shall not be obligated to accept such orders but nevertheless shall use good faith efforts to fill such orders for such excess quantities from available supplies.
