Purchase Window definition

Purchase Window means the period following a Procurement Round Commitment Point until (i) in the case of Annual Locked Products, 06.00 hours on the Supply Start Date of the Relevant Procurement Year, and (ii) in the case of the Annual Variable Products or the Monthly Products, 06.00 hours on the date of delivery of Gas Products by the Supplier to Customers pursuant to their respective Customer Contracts. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no Purchase Window for the Day-Ahead Products. Quarter means a three (3) Month period beginning on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July or 1st October. The term “Quarterly” shall be similarly construed.

Examples of Purchase Window in a sentence

  • The Early Purchase Window will, for each Release Date, occur before the JD TSQ Store opens on the applicable Release Date (up to three (3) hours prior to such opening time).

  • If the Selected Participant does not purchase the Shoe during the Purchase Window, then their Shoes will be sold on general release.

  • On Wednesday June 8 2016 at 2:00 PM EDT at the Sponsor’s head office in Toronto, ON, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected by the Administrators through a random draw of all eligible entries received including bonus entries awarded during the Purchase Window and No Purchase period.

  • Under no circumstance will an entrant per permitted to submit more than one sales receipt for each Purchase Window Day (May 13; May 14 and May 15, 2016).

  • Service Window means the duration for which the facilities and services shall be available at the Data Centre. Service window in this case shall be 24x7x365.
