Purchased Aircraft definition

Purchased Aircraft means those certain used Boeing 000-000 xxxxxxxx (XXX 00000 and 28249) as more fully described in the Letter of Intent dated October 6, 2017 by and between the Company and AerCap Ireland Limited (the “Letter of Intent”).

Purchased Aircraft means the Aircraft purchased pursuant to this Agreement, which have been collectively listed within Schedule F and shall be manufactured in accordance with the relevant Specifications (as supplemented to include the Purchaser Selected Optional Features that are selected for each such Aircraft);

  • Acceptance of this credit from IAE by the Aircraft Manufacturer on behalf of Spirit prior to delivery and acceptance of the corresponding Purchased Aircraft shall, for the purposes of this Contract, be deemed confirmation of Spirit’s acceptance of that Purchased Aircraft.

  • Price and Advance Payments Purchased Aircraft is added and is hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.
