Purchased Materials definition

Purchased Materials means Materials that were initially consigned by Company and were subsequently purchased by Contractor as required in Section 2.1 (e) (ii). Examples of Purchased Materials are package lids and headers. Materials not included in Purchased Materials are die, adhesives, wire and marking ink.
Purchased Materials means the small-scale resin, large-scale resin, cell lines, critical testing reagents, master cell banks, working cell banks, clones to make critical reagents, reference materials, retained samples, stability samples, and comparability samples, in each case, (i) set forth in Appendix VI and (ii) to the extent such materials are used exclusively in producing, or conducting analytical testing of, the Product.
Purchased Materials means all inventories of APIs, raw and pack materials, work-in-process, finished goods, supplies, consumables, packaging materials, devices, samples and other drug substance and drug product exclusively related to the Purchased Assets or the manufacture thereof, including those located at, the Seller’s third-party vendors.
