Collectively, the MSR Retained Spread Portfolio Collections, the Originated MSR Portfolio Excess Spread Collections, the Purchased MSR Portfolio Excess Spread Collections and the Advance Reimbursement Amounts.
Purchased Asset means (i) with respect to any Transaction, the Eligible Asset sold by Seller to Buyer in such Transaction and (ii) with respect to the Transactions in general, all Eligible Assets sold by Seller to Buyer (other than Purchased Assets that have been repurchased by Seller).
Purchased Loan means each motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by the Originator from such Dealer and evidenced by a Purchased Loan Contract; provided, however, that the term “Purchased Loan” shall, for purposes of this Agreement, include only those Purchased Loans identified from time to time on Schedule A hereto.
Repurchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased by Santander Consumer pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Purchase Agreement or by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.6 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Purchased Loans means, with respect to each Purchase Agreement, the Loans offered for sale and purchased or substituted pursuant to such Purchase Agreement.
Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).
Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.
Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:
Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans together with the Repurchase Assets related to such Mortgage Loans transferred by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.
Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):
Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;
Product Portfolio means a set of information related to the DS Offerings available at xxxx://xxx.0xx.xxx/terms/product-portfolio.
Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.
Selling Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;
Purchased Interest means, at any time, the undivided percentage ownership interest in: (a) each and every Pool Receivable now existing or hereafter arising, (b) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables and (c) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, such Pool Receivables and Related Security. Such undivided percentage interest shall be computed as:
Transferred Receivables means any Receivables that have been sold, contributed or otherwise transferred to an Eligible Transferee in connection with a Permitted Supply Chain Financing that is permitted under the Credit Agreement.
Transferred Asset means each asset, including any Loan Asset and Substitute Loan Asset (including, if any, the Participation thereof), Conveyed by the Seller to the Purchaser hereunder, including with respect to each such asset, all Related Property; provided that the foregoing will exclude the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts.
Repurchased Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last, day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6.01 of the Sale Agreement or purchased by the Sellers pursuant to Section 6.01 of the Purchase Agreements.
Servicing Portfolio means, as to any Person, the unpaid principal balance of Mortgage Loans serviced by that Person under Servicing Contracts, minus the principal balance of all Mortgage Loans that are serviced by that Person for others under subservicing arrangements.
Purchased Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Borrower or a Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.
Additional Purchased Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 3(a).
Sold Receivable means a Receivable that was more than 60 days delinquent and was sold to an unaffiliated third party by the Issuer, at the Servicer’s direction, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3(c) hereof.
Underlying Assets With respect to a Loan, any property or other assets designated and pledged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan, including, without limitation, to the extent provided for in the relevant Underlying Instruments, a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.
Purchased Asset Documents means, with respect to a Purchased Asset, the documents comprising the Purchased Asset File for such Purchased Asset.
Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.
