Purchaser Claim definition

Purchaser Claim has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a).
Purchaser Claim means all obligations of the Originators to the Seller and of the Originators and the Seller and, so long as Crown USA or any of its Affiliates is the Servicer, the Servicer to the Program Agent and the Purchasers arising under, or in connection with, the Program Documents and of the Obligors arising under the Purchased Receivables, including, but not limited to obligations for Collections received, deemed Collections, yield, interest, indemnifications and fees, costs and expenses thereunder, and any costs of collection or enforcement.
Purchaser Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a).

  • If Purchaser is of the opinion that any Purchaser Claim (as defined below) has occurred, Purchaser shall so notify the Shareholder Representative (with a copy to the Escrow Agent), and each such notice shall be in writing and shall describe with reasonable specificity the nature and amount of such asserted Purchaser Claim.

More Definitions of Purchaser Claim

Purchaser Claim means a Claim made by the Purchaser or the Purchaser Guarantor for breach of this Agreement including any W&I Claim and any Claim in respect of a Specific Indemnity.
