Examples of Purchaser Group Facility Limit in a sentence

  • With respect to any such reduction, (a) the Commitments of the Investors within each Purchaser Group shall be reduced proportionately based upon the total Commitments of such Purchaser Group and (b) each Purchaser Group Facility Limit shall be reduced pro rata based upon the Purchaser Group Facility Limit as a percentage of the Facility Limit; provided, however, that each partial reduction of the Facility Limit shall be in an aggregate amount equal to $1,000,000 or an integral multiple thereof.
