Purchaser Personnel definition

Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • The Joint Remediation Committee shall have access to Purchaser Personnel that are primarily responsible for the area of the business relationship (such as information technology, data security or regulatory) where the breaches giving rise to the Major Default arise (such Purchaser Personnel, collectively, the “Subject Matter Experts”).

  • Seller hereby grants (or, as applicable, cause its Affiliates to grant) Purchaser and Purchaser Personnel a nonexclusive and irrevocable (for the Term) license to use the Covered Facilities to conduct the Business during the Term.

  • The Purchaser will have the sole and exclusive responsibility for Purchaser Personnel, will supervise the Purchaser Personnel and will cause the Purchaser Personnel to cooperate with the Seller in performing the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will be responsible for the payment of all employee benefits, compensation insurance, employment taxes and all other employer liabilities relating to such Purchaser Personnel.

Purchaser Personnel means all employees of Purchaser, Purchaser’s subcontractors and their employees, or any other persons or entities assigned by Purchaser to provide materials, services or labor in furtherance of Purchaser’s installation, deployment and use of Purchaser’s STAR Network System. Purchaser Personnel shall not include any ACLARA Personnel.
Purchaser Personnel means current and former employees and independent contractors of the Purchaser or its Affiliates and any former employees or independent contractors of the Company or its Affiliates who were employees or contractors during the Noncompete Period, including without limitation physicians, nurses or other medical professionals engaged or used to perform services for the Purchaser or its Affiliates.
Purchaser Personnel has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 5.3.
Purchaser Personnel means all employees of Purchaser, Purchaser’s subcontractors and their employees, or any other persons or entities assigned by Purchaser to provide materials, services or labor infurtherance of Purchaser’s installation, deployment and use of Purchaser’s STAR Technology System. Purchaser Personnel shall not include any Aclara Personnel.
Purchaser Personnel means all the personnel including labour and supervisor engaged by the Purchaser for its performance under this Contract.
Purchaser Personnel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(a).

Related to Purchaser Personnel

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;
