Purchaser Project Manager definition

Purchaser Project Manager means the person designated by Purchaser who is assigned as the primary contact person whom Vendor’s Account Manager shall work with for the duration of this Contract and as further defined in the section titled Purchaser Project Manager.
Purchaser Project Manager to: (A) serve as the single point of contact and accountability for Purchaser for the Agreement and this Sale Supplement; and (B) have authority to direct Purchaser in support of the foregoing. Seller and Purchaser have the right to replace the Seller Project Manager or Purchaser Project Manager, respectively, upon prior written notice to the other party.
Purchaser Project Manager means the person designated by Purchaser who is Joseph Colón, Guided Pathways Coordinator and Special Assistant to the President is the primary contact person whom Vendor's Account Manager shall work with for the duration of this Contract and as further defined in the section titled Purchaser Project Manager.

Related to Purchaser Project Manager

  • City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Purchaser Representative means any person who satisfies all of the following conditions or who the issuer reasonably believes satisfies all of the following conditions:

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Owner’s Representative has the meaning given in Section 2.2.

  • Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.
