  • In connection with this subscription, the undersigned represents and warrants that the personal, business and financial information contained in the Purchaser Questionnaire is complete and accurate and presents a true statement of the undersigned’s financial condition.

  • Each provision of this Purchase Agreement (including without limitation each representation made in the Purchaser Questionnaire and each provision of or grant of authority by or in the Power of Attorney) shall be considered severable.

  • All of the information furnished by such Purchaser in the confidential purchaser questionnaire accompanying this Agreement (the "Purchaser Questionnaire") shall have been accurate and complete in all material respects.
