BASIC QUALIFIED INVESTOR definition

BASIC QUALIFIED INVESTOR a person having (y) investments in securities for an annual average equal to or in excess of 1,500,000.00 Investment Units, or (z) gross income per annum in an amount equal to or in excess of 500,000.00 Investment Units;
BASIC QUALIFIED INVESTOR. A PERSON HAVING (Y) INVESTMENTS IN SECURITIES FOR AN ANNUAL AVERAGE EQUAL TO OR IN EXCESS OF 1,500,000.00 INVESTMENT UNITS, OR (Z) GROSS INCOME PER ANNUM IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO OR IN EXCESS OF 500,000.00 INVESTMENT UNITS;

Related to BASIC QUALIFIED INVESTOR

  • Qualified Investor means any person, who invests a minimum amount of R1 million per hedge fund and who:

  • Applicant’s Qualified Investment means the Qualified Investment of the Applicant during the Qualifying Time Period and as more fully described in EXHIBIT 3 of this Agreement.

  • Qualified Investors means ‘qualified investors’ as defined in Article 2, point (e), of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129;

  • Qualified investment has the meaning set forth in Section 313.021(1) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, as interpreted by the Comptroller’s Rules.

  • Qualified Institutional Investor (tekikaku kikan ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) has the meaning assigned thereto in Article 2, Paragraph 3, item 1 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law (kinyu shohin torihiki ho) of Japan (Law No. 25 of 1948), Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the regulations relating to the definitions contained in such Article 2.
