Purchaser Schedule definition

Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.
Purchaser Schedule means that Purchaser Schedule attached as Schedule A hereto.
Purchaser Schedule means the schedule first delivered by the Purchasers to Sellers on the date of this Agreement and updated after the date of this Agreement in accordance with Section 2.9.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will issue and sell to each Purchaser and each Purchaser will purchase from the Company, at the Closing provided for in Section 3, Notes in the principal amount specified opposite such Purchaser’s name in the Purchaser Schedule at the purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof.

  • Contemporaneously with the Closing the Company shall sell to each other Purchaser and each other Purchaser shall purchase the Notes to be purchased by it at the Closing as specified in the Purchaser Schedule.
