Asset Schedule definition

Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
Asset Schedule means Schedule 2 attached hereto, which lists the Note and the terms thereof, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof, including in connection with Administrative Agent’s approval of any Additional Balances pursuant to Section 2.13.
Asset Schedule means, with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an Asset Schedule in the form prescribed by the Custodial Agreement.

Asset Schedule. For any Series, the list or lists attached to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement consisting of the related Contract Schedule, if any, and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, if any.
