Asset Schedule definition

Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

Asset Schedule means Schedule 2 attached hereto, which lists the Note and the terms thereof, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 2.02 hereof, including in connection with Administrative Agent’s approval of any Additional Balances pursuant to Section 2.13.

Asset Schedule means, with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an Asset Schedule in the form prescribed by the Custodial Agreement.

• The substance of any such waiver, alteration or modification has been approved by the title insurer, to the extent required, and its terms are reflected on the Custodial Asset Schedule.

• The accounting shall include a description of any changes in the assets of the estate or conservatorship or the financial life of the protected person not clearly shown in the Asset Schedule including, but not limited to, corrections to previously declared values, omitted assets, the closing of an account, the sale or purchase of an asset, a significant change in living expenses, or a stock split.

• Each such updated Asset Schedule shall indicate the outstanding VFN Principal Balance of the Note as of the close of the preceding week.

• No Mortgagor in respect of the Mortgage Loan has been released, in whole or in part, except in connection with an assumption agreement approved by the title insurer, to the extent required by such policy, and which assumption agreement is part of the Asset File delivered to the Custodian and the terms of which are reflected in the Custodial Asset Schedule.

Asset Schedule. For any Series, the list or lists attached to the related Pooling and Servicing Agreement consisting of the related Contract Schedule, if any, and the related Mortgage Loan Schedule, if any.
