Purchaser Termination Notice definition

Purchaser Termination Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(d).

Examples of Purchaser Termination Notice in a sentence

  • The Power Producer shall have the liability to- make payment within sixty (60) days from the date of Purchaser Termination Notice towards compensation to Purchaser equivalent to the difference between the Tariff and the grid rate notified by the relevant Government Authority for that point in time multiplied by the estimated Solar Power generated for a period of two years following the termination, considered on normative capacity utilization factor.

  • No Class A Purchaser Termination Notice shall be required to be delivered with respect to a Revoking Lender who becomes a Class A Potential Terminated Purchaser.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 17.1 to the contrary, such Purchaser Termination Notice may be sent via e-mail (and/or such other acceptable mode of transmission pursuant to Section 17.1), so as to be received by Seller before the end of the Feasibility Period.

  • If Purchaser has not ceased the Non-Compliant Act described in the Non-Compliant Act Notice within the period as above-determined, then Supplier may terminate this Agreement by delivery of written notice to Purchaser ("Termination Notice"), with such termination being effective six (6) weeks after delivery of the Termination Notice.
