PURCHASES THROUGH DISTRIBUTION. CUSTOMER's full packaged product and MLP purchases through distribution will be subtracted from CUSTOMER's Qualified Sales for purposes of Rebate payment.
PURCHASES THROUGH DISTRIBUTION. COMPANY's full packaged product and MLP purchases through distribution during the month of July, 1997 will be subtracted from COMPANY's Qualified Sales for purposes of Rebate payment. Full packaged product and MLP purchases through distribution during the remainder of the term of this Addendum shall be included in COMPANY's Qualified Sales for purposes of Rebate payment.
