Purchasing Competitor definition
Purchasing Competitor means any Entity that, directly or indirectly, manufactures, sells, markets, distributes or otherwise promotes cigarette paper or cigarette paper booklets in the Territory; owns, directly or indirectly, more than a 20% Equity Interest in any other Purchasing Competitor, or which serves as a director or officer or which has the right to appoint an officer or director to the Board of Directors of a Purchasing Competitor or its Parent, other than the ownership of an Equity Interest in the Distributor, its Subsidiaries, or the Sole Parent.
