Purchasing Terms means these general purchasing terms and conditions of the Company;

  • Payment of INV’s will be made by the academy through their local academy bank account according to BDAT’s Purchasing Terms & Conditions by BACS, cheque, direct debit or CHAPS as appropriate.

  • If a provision of these Purchasing Terms and Condi- tions or of the order, in whole or in part, should be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the provisions as a whole.

  • The purchaser's General Terms and Conditions, in particular the purchaser's Purchasing Terms and Conditions, do not become part of the contract even if the seller accepts payments from the purchaser and makes deliveries.
