Purged Account definition
Purged Account means an Account which ceases to be an Account on the date on which such Account (i) either

More Definitions of Purged Account
Purged Account means any Account that (i) has a Receivables balance equal to $0.00, (ii) contains no Defaulted Receivables, (iii) has been irrevocably closed in a manner consistent with Capital One’s customary and usual procedures for closing consumer revolving credit accounts, (iv) has remained inactive after being irrevocably closed for the period then provided for in Capital One’s customary and usual procedures for purging closed consumer revolving credit accounts, and (v) has been purged by Funding pursuant to Subsection 2.09(d) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Purged Account means a closed account which the Fund has directed the Transfer Agent to remove from the System. In consideration of an Annual Per Account Fee, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, per open account (charged on a monthly basis), plus payment by the Fund of out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with Appendix G hereto, the Transfer Agent shall provide the services provided for in this Agreement on any Fund Business Day, except as otherwise specifically noted. The annual fee (charged and payable on a quarterly basis) for each "Omnibus Account" shall be $100.00, less the Annual Per-Account Fee set forth above. "Omnibus Accounts" subject to this fee shall include (i) all institutional accounts coded with a social code of "12" and a nominee flag of "yes"; (ii) all benefit plan omnibus accounts listed under a "B" number and linked for "Qualified Plan Only"; and (iii) such other accounts as the parties may mutually agree. The Annual Per-Account Fee for a closed account will be $1.20; there is no fee for a purged account.
