Put Obligations definition

Put Obligations means the obligations of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to purchase certain assets of any Station with respect to which the Borrower or such Subsidiary shall have entered into an Outsourcing Agreement.
Put Obligations means the contractual rights of the holder of capital Stock in any Subsidiary of Parent to require, in certain circumstances, the Subsidiary or the applicable parent company of such Subsidiary to acquire all or a portion of such Stock held by such holder, with the terms and conditions of such right to be consistent with past practices.
Put Obligations mean obligations of Holdings either directly or indirectly to repurchase from any Person such Person’s equity interest in Non-Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries or Minority Investments.

Put Obligations means any debt which by its terms may be tendered by and at the option of the holder thereof for payment prior to the stated maturity or redemption date thereof either (a) by the Borrower and by the Person and/or from the source specified in the applicable issuing document for such debt or (b) without recourse to the Borrower, by the Person and/or from the source specified in the applicable issuing document for such debt.
