Putative Class definition

Putative Class means all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired securities of NII Holdings and Capco between February 25, 2010 and February 27, 2014.
Putative Class or “Putative Class Members” means all current and/or former Store Managers and Store Managers in Training employed in the state of California by Defendant at any time between November 17, 2013 until the time of preliminary approval of the Settlement by the court.
Putative Class means the putative class alleged in the Complaint.

  • Not later than ten (10) business days after receipt of the information described in subsection (b) above, the Claims Administrator shall mail the Class Notice to every individual on the Putative Class List whose address information is known.

  • Before mailing the Class Notice, the Claims Administrator shall run the Putative Class Member addresses through the U.S. Postal Service’s Change of Address Database and update any addresses accordingly.

  • The contact information in the Putative Class List shall be treated as Highly Confidential pursuant to the stipulated protective order entered in the Action.


More Definitions of Putative Class

Putative Class means all current and former non- 27 one of the following four job titles: (1) Mortgage Banker, (2) Mortgage Banker HC NonNetwork, 28 (3) Mortgage Banker Private, and/or (4) Mortgage Banker Std NonNetwork. The Class as defined 1 is broad enough to encompass all classes and subclasses to be outlined in Class Representatives’ 2 Complaint.
Putative Class means all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired Converium shares or ADSs during the period from December 11, 2001 through September 2, 2004, inclusive.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Administrative Claims means Claims that have been timely filed before the Administrative Claim Bar Date (except as otherwise provided by a separate order of the Bankruptcy Court), for costs and expenses of administration under sections 503(b), 507(b) or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including, without limitation: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred after the Petition Date of preserving the Estate and operating the business of the Debtor (such as wages, salaries or commissions for services and payments for goods and other services and leased premises); and (b) all fees and charges assessed against the Estate under chapter 123 of title 28 United States Code, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1911-1930, but excluding Professional Fee Claims.

  • Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Administrative Claim means a Claim for costs and expenses of administration of the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to sections 503(b), 507(a)(2), 507(b), or 1114(e)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code, including: (a) the actual and necessary costs and expenses incurred on or after the Petition Date until and including the Effective Date of preserving the Estates and operating the Debtors’ businesses; and (b) Allowed Professional Fee Claims.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.
