A similar representation shall be included on the Consent to Join and Release Form sent to the Putative Collective Members with the Notice.

Throughout the period of claims administration, the Settlement Claims Administrator shall provide such reports to the Settling Parties upon request by either Settling Party, regarding the status of the mailing of the Notice Packets to Named Plaintiffs and Putative Collective Members, the claims administration process, the receipt of Consent to Join and Release Forms, distribution of the Settlement Checks, and any other aspect of the claims administration process.
