Putative Collective Members definition

Putative Collective Members means all individuals who worked as an exempt-classified Team Lead for OSL in the United States at any time(s) between April 10, 2017 and October 1, 2020, including Parties Plaintiff. The Parties estimate that there are approximately 1,352 Putative Collective Members.
