Pylon Signage Costs definition
Pylon Signage Costs shall include, but are not limited to, the design, manufacture, model, transportation, insurance, installation, and other similar expenditures needed for, or related to, such sign and which expenditures were approved by the City in writing prior to their incursion by EPC, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld by the City.
