Examples of QAC Plan in a sentence

  • It shall be the responsibility of the Developer, in conjunction with the Architect, to (a) observe during Project visits, whether the Contractor and its subcontractors are meeting and complying with the requirements of the QAC Plan and (b) promptly report to the Owner any failure of any person or entity to adhere to or meet the requirements of the QAC Plan of which the Developer has actual knowledge.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Welfare Plan means a “welfare plan” as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.

  • RBC plan means a comprehensive financial plan containing the elements specified in K.S.A. 40-2c06, and amendments thereto. If the commissioner rejects the RBC plan, and it is revised by the insurer, with or without the commissioner's recommendation, the plan shall be called the "revised RBC plan."
