QAD definition

QAD or “Quality Assurance Department” means the Recipient’s department responsible for quality assurance in the MoE.
QAD means, collectively, the departments and/or divisions within the Port Authority that are responsible for enforcing government oversight relating to the Port Authority Manual and compliance with Legal Requirements related to design and construction, including the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) and the Resident Engineer's Office (REO).
