For all QuickNet Connect (QNC) data and other traffic on the Manager's Service Area Network for which Sprint PCS bills a reseller in six-second increments or some other incremental measurement other than one-minute ("OTHER INCREMENT"), Sprint PCS will settle with Manager in six-second increments or such Other Increment, as applicable.
