QQ Music definition
QQ Music refers to the digital audio music player products provided by TME Group through QQ Music website (▇.▇▇.▇▇▇), QQ Music application and QQ Music library before the execution of this Agreement, as well as its digital music copyright businesses related to QQ Music. For the avoidance of doubt, whether or not relevant links are embedded in QQ Music website or QQ Music application, QQ Music does not include JOOX, Penguin FM, Tencent Video, QQ Player, Qzone background music, WeSee and other Tencent’s existing products.

Article 46 Neither Party shall use any social media platform (including but not limited to Bilibili, Weibo, Wechat subscription account, Wechat moments, X▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, D▇▇▇▇▇, M▇▇▇▇▇, Miaopai, Baijiahao, various live streaming platforms, QQ Music, Kugou Music, Kuwo Music, NetEase Cloud Music, Yizhibo, Kuaishou, Facebook and Twitter) to publish any statement that is detrimental to the other Party or may cause any negative doubt or adverse impression to the goodwill/reputation of the other Party.
