Qualification Conditions definition

Qualification Conditions shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

More Definitions of Qualification Conditions

Qualification Conditions means, collectively, that (i) the satisfaction of the conditions for the Initial Construction Loan Advance set forth in Section 3.2 hereof shall have occurred, (ii) no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, and (iii) Lender shall have advanced the Initial Construction Loan Advance; provided, however, that if the conditions set forth in the foregoing clauses (i) and (ii) have been satisfied and the failure of Lender to have advanced the Initial Construction Loan Advance is due to no fault of Borrowers or any Affiliate thereof, then the Qualification Conditions shall be deemed satisfied notwithstanding that the Initial Construction Loan Advance has not actually been advanced.
Qualification Conditions means (i) the Parties’ mutual confirmation (acting reasonably) of (a) qualification of the IQ7XS inverter achieved in accordance with Exhibit J of the MSA; (b) completion of pre-certification tests of the PVS6, using the PVS6 Components listed in Exhibit B of the MSA, and scheduling of shipment of the unit to UL for certification testing; and (c) successful commissioning of five alpha sites based on the PVS6 and IQ7XS microinverters.

  • Eligibility Conditions means the eligibility conditions specified in the Act and the Rules including all the eligibilityconditions listed in Clause [5] of the Tender Document.

  • Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).

  • Extension Conditions Defined in Section 3.06(a).

  • Qualification Period means the period of time in which a CDC Owner, Operator or a Qualified Colocation Tenant is eligible for Program benefits and means specifically (a) in respect to a CDC Owner or Operator, as defined in subsection IX.A. and (b) in respect to a CDC Qualified Colocation Tenant, as defined in subsection IX.B.
