  • Immediately prior to the administration and induction of Anesthesia Services, a review of the Patient’s condition shall be conducted by a Qualified Anesthetist and Patients receiving Anesthesia Services shall be monitored and evaluated before, during, and after the procedure by a Qualified Anesthetist.
