Qualified city means a city with a population of more than 700,000 according to the most recent decennial census that contains a qualified convention facility.
Qualified company means a For- eign Issuer whose securities are quali- fied for investment on a tax-deferred basis by a Canadian Retirement Ac- count under Canadian law.
Qualified CFC Holding Company means a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Issuer that is a Delaware limited liability company that is treated as a disregarded entity for U.S. federal income tax purposes, the primary asset of which consists of Equity Interests in either (i) one or more Foreign Subsidiaries or (ii) a Delaware limited liability company the primary asset of which consists of Equity Interests in one or more Foreign Subsidiaries.
Qualified Capital Stock means any Capital Stock that is not Disqualified Capital Stock.
Feature Group A (FGA means calls either originated by, or delivered to, an End User who has purchased switched access FGA service from the interstate or intrastate tariffs of either Party. FGA also includes, but is not limited to, FGA-like services provided by either Party, where calls are originated from and/or delivered to numbers which are assigned to a Rate Center within one LATA but where the Party receiving the call is physically located in a LATA different than the LATA of the Party originating the call.

Disqualified Capital Stock means that portion of any Capital Stock which, by its terms (or by the terms of any security into which it is convertible or for which it is exchangeable at the option of the holder thereof), or upon the happening of any event (other than an event which would constitute a Change of Control), matures or is mandatorily redeemable, pursuant to a sinking fund obligation or otherwise, or is redeemable at the sole option of the holder thereof (except, in each case, upon the occurrence of a Change of Control), on or prior to the final maturity date of the Notes.
Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.
Qualified physician means any physician who has not been excluded under the provisions of subpart I of this part. Except as otherwise provided by regulation, a qualified physician shall be deemed to be designated or ap- proved by OWCP.
QUALIFIED MUNICIPAL CORPORATION means a municipal corporation that, by resolution or ordinance adopted on or before December 31, 2011, adopted Ohio adjusted gross income, as defined by section 5747.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, as the income subject to tax for the purposes of imposing a municipal income tax.
Qualified vendor means a vendor who:
Fully vaccinated means the employer has documented that the person received, at least 14 days prior, either the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines must be FDA approved; have an emergency use authorization from the FDA; or, for persons fully vaccinated outside the United States, be listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Qualified Person means one who, by possession of a recognized degree, certificate, or professional standing, or who by extensive knowledge, training and experience, has successfully demonstrated his ability to solve or resolve problems relating to the subject matter, the work, or the project.
Legally Qualified Physician means a physician or a Christian Science Practitioner (a) other than an Insured, a Traveling Companion or a Family Member: (b) practicing within the scope of his or her license: and (c) recognized as a physician in the place where the services are rendered.
