Qualified Educators definition

Qualified Educators means an individual employed by, or collaborator of, the Partner who has successfully completed the qualification requirements stated in this Agreement;

Examples of Qualified Educators in a sentence

  • Employers must have an annual Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators on file with the Commission prior to the submission of any applications for Limited Assignment or Emergency Permits.

  • An individual who holds an emergency permit or for whom a credential waiver has been granted by the CTCPrior to requesting that the CTC issue an emergency permit pursuant to item #3 above or a limited assignment permit which allows a fully credentialed teacher to teach outside of his/her area of certification while working toward an added or supplementary authorization, the Board shall annually approve a Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators.

  • Adult basic education means education or instruction

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts.
