Qualified Hydrogeologist definition

Qualified Hydrogeologist means a person with training or experience in bedrock geology, glacial geology and groundwater hydrology sufficient to adequately prepare the hydrogeologic studies and analyses required by these Rules.
Qualified Hydrogeologist means a person with training or experience in hydrogeology, surficial geology, and bedrock geology sufficient to adequately prepare the hydrogeologic studies and analyses required by this Rule.

  • Geologist means a person, not of necessity an engineer, who

A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Toxicologist means a qualified professional currently active in the field of risk assessment, risk management and toxicology that has a combination of formal university education, training and experience necessary to assess the Compound of Concern in question.

  • Nuclear medicine technologist means an individual who holds a current certification with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.

  • Professional geologist means a person who is a graduate of an institution of higher education which is accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency, with a minimum of thirty semester (forty-five quarter) hours of undergraduate or graduate work in a field of geology and whose post-baccalaureate training has been in the field of geology with a specific record of an additional five years of geological experience to include no more than two years of graduate work. 23-41-208, C.R.S. and 34-1-201, C.R.S.

  • Legally Qualified Physician means a physician or a Christian Science Practitioner (a) other than an Insured, a Traveling Companion or a Family Member: (b) practicing within the scope of his or her license: and (c) recognized as a physician in the place where the services are rendered.

  • Audiologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice audiology.

  • Licensed Independent Practitioner means any individual permitted by law and by the Medical Staff and Board to provide care and services without direction or supervision, within the scope of the individual’s license and consistent with individually granted clinical privileges.

  • Licensed physician means a person licensed to practice

  • Resident physician means a physician enrolled in an internship, residency or fellowship.

  • Independent physician means a physician who is chosen by the resident of the assisted living facility and who has no financial interest in the assisted living facility, directly or indirectly, as an owner, officer, or employee or as an independent contractor with the residence.

  • Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.

  • Pathologist means a medical practitioner who specialises in the provision of pathology services within the meaning of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be

  • Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
