Qualified jobs definition
Qualified jobs means created jobs that meet the applicable wage requirements established in Iowa Code section 15.492 as enacted by 2024 Iowa Acts, Senate File 574, section 4.
Qualified jobs means all full-time or full-time equivalent jobs at the Project with an hourly wage of at least $14.00, whether permanent or temporary, net of 159 jobs at the Project site which currently exist or which are being created pursuant to a previously approved project, but including any such jobs created by the Company or any other Co-Investors whether directly or indirectly through third party contracts. A job shall be considered full-time if the job description anticipates that the employee will be paid for at least 2000 hours per year, including personal leave and holidays.
Qualified jobs means the FTE positions hired after the effective date of August 27, 2013.

Qualified jobs is defined as a net increase in the Company’s number of full time employees at the hotel, whose wages are subject to withholding tax.
