Qualified Loan Schedule definition

Qualified Loan Schedule. As of any date of determination, the schedule of Qualified Loans included in the Trust Fund, separately identifying each Qualified Loan Pool, the Field Servicer's Fee and Administrative Fee for each Qualified Loan. The initial schedule is attached as Schedule I hereto.
Qualified Loan Schedule. A listing of Qualified Loans in a form reasonably required by Xxxxxx Mac. The current form of Qualified Loan Schedule required by Xxxxxx Mac is attached as Exhibit D to this Commitment.

Examples of Qualified Loan Schedule in a sentence

  • The Seller shall follow the same requirements for completion of the initial Qualified Loan Schedule.

  • Any entity that sold Qualified Loans to FMMSC and that is identified as a Seller in the Qualified Loan Schedule.

  • Such Qualified Loans shall become part of the Portfolio as of the Effective Date upon receipt by Xxxxxx Mac of such Qualified Loan Schedule signed by both Xxxxxx Mac and the Seller.

  • In connection with any such substitution, Farmer Mac shaxx xxxnd the Qualified Loan Schedule to reflect the withdrawal of the replaced defective Qualified Loan and the assignment to the Trustee of the Substitute Qualified Loan.

  • Such substitute Qualified Loans shall become part of the Portfolio effective on the Effective Date indicated in the related Qualified Loan Schedule upon receipt by Xxxxxx Mac of such Qualified Loan Schedule signed by both Xxxxxx Mac and the Seller.

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Qualified Loan means a loan made under this act or former 1961 PA 108 from this state to a school district to pay debt service on a qualified bond.

  • Mortgage Loan Rider The standard FNMA/FHLMC riders to the Mortgage Note and/or Mortgage riders required when the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a unit in a planned unit development.

  • Eligible Loan Asset means, as of any date of determination, a Loan Asset in respect of which each of the representations and warranties contained in Section 4.02 and Schedule II hereto is true and correct as of such date.
