Qualified Workforce Program has the meaning specified in Section 8.24(b). Real Estate Taxes shall mean real property taxes levied by the City on real property within the City. Recapture Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.4(a). Recapture Event shall mean any one of the following events:

Sales Tax Savings shall mean all Sales Tax Exemption savings realized by or for the benefit of the Lessee, including any savings realized by any Agent, pursuant to this Agreement and each Sales Tax Agent Authorization Letter issued in connection with the Project. Sales and Use Taxes shall mean City and State sales and compensating use taxes and fees imposed pursuant to Article 28 or 28-A of the New York State Tax Law, as the same may be amended from time to time.   • Education program or activity means locations, events, or circumstances for which the school district exercises substantial control over both the respondent and the context in which the sexual harassment occurs and includes school district education programs or activities that occur on or off of school district property.

In the case of an Employee Program funded through an organization described in Code Section 501(c)(9), each reference to such Employee Program shall include a reference to such organization;

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Independent testing laboratory means an independent organization, accepted by the Contracting Officer, engaged to perform specific inspections or tests of the work, either at the site or elsewhere, and report the results of these inspections or tests.

  • Notice Program means the methods provided for in this Agreement for giving the Notice and consists of Email Notice, Postcard Notice, and Long Form Notice, which shall be substantially in the forms as the exhibits attached to this Agreement.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;
