Qualifying Cause of Delay definition

Qualifying Cause of Delay means to the extent that they delay activities on the critical path of the construction program:
Qualifying Cause of Delay means […***…].
Qualifying Cause of Delay means any act, default or omission of the Contractor or their agents or other contractors, (not being employed by the Subcontractor) including Variations to the original Contract.

  • The sums payable under this clause 21 are the Consultant’s sole entitlement to compensation for delay or disruption caused by the Principal whether caused by a Qualifying Cause of Delay or otherwise and are in substitution for and shall exclude the Consultant’s rights and remedies at common law, equity, statute or code (including the right to recover damages for breach of this Consultancy Services Contract or otherwise).

  • The Supplier will be entitled to make a written claim for an extension of time (EOT) if the Supplier is, or will be, delayed in supplying the Supply Works to the Site by the Delivery Date by a Qualifying Cause of Delay.

Qualifying Cause of Delay means a delay caused by:
