Qualifying Content Provider. This defined term may be required if we are being granted an MFN or if there is another situation where the rights granted under our agreement are conditioned upon the participation of other studios. This definition may be narrowed or broadened, depending upon how it is used in the Agreement. For example, if it is used in an MFN in our favor, we want the definition to be as broad as possible (consider deleting the bracketed language below).
