Qualifying officer definition

Qualifying officer means a person who qualifies a candidate for an election.
Qualifying officer means an individual designated as a qualifying officer of the con- tractor or subcontractor in the records of the department under article 24 of the occupational code, 1980 PA 299, MCL 339.2401 to 339.2412.
