Although Open Offer Entitlements and Excess CREST Open Offer Entitlements will be admitted to CREST and be enabled for settlement, applications in respect of Open Offer Entitlements and Excess CREST Open Offer Entitlements may only be made by the Qualifying Shareholder originally entitled or by a person entitled by virtue of a bona fide market claim transaction.
Should a Qualifying CREST Shareholder cease to hold all of his Existing Ordinary Shares as a result of one or more bona fide market claims, the Excess CREST Open Offer Entitlement credited to CREST and allocated to the relevant Qualifying Shareholder will be transferred to the purchaser.
Third party cheques (other than building society cheques or banker’s drafts where the building society or bank has confirmed that the relevant Qualifying Shareholder has title to the underlying funds) will not be accepted.
