Qualifying Subscription definition

Qualifying Subscription means a subscription received by the Company from a Subscriber, which the Company intends to accept upon satisfaction of the escrow conditions contained in this Agreement.
Qualifying Subscription means any new Squarespace product subscription referred by you which: (a) is listed as an applicable subscription type in the Benefit Guide; (b) involves your Client Development Services; and (c) otherwise meets the rules stated in the Benefit Guide or elsewhere in the Referral Agreement. Qualifying Subscriptions do not include: (i) any subscriptions which Squarespace is unable to attribute to Participant; or (ii) any subscriptions which otherwise do not qualify as Qualifying Subscriptions.
Qualifying Subscription are those customers accounts or users that are (a) sold by a Vendor Sales Agent or through Vendor provided ecommerce/chat widgets and (b) at the end of the 2nd Comcast fiscal month following the month of the sale, are still “active.” For the purposes of this paragraph, “active” means the Customer subscription has not been terminated or suspended for lack of payment, and the Customer remains entitled to the same or upgraded subscription SKU services. “Retail Price” means the retail price as shown in the chart in Section 2.5 “Renewal Term” means the 12-month term that automatically commences upon expiration of the Initial Term, unless terminated in accordance with the agreement between Comcast and its customer. #PageNum# COMCAST CONFIDENTIAL Offering Sales Fee* Subscription ****% of the Retail Price of the 1st month of the Initial Term through June 30th 2013. Examples of Qualifying Subscription in a sentence

  • If an investor submits a Subscription Undertaking after the expiry of the Subscription Period, the Issuer may determine additional Qualifying Subscription Undertakings.

  • After expiry of the relevant Subscription Period, the Issuer shall determine the Qualifying Subscription Undertakings and the amount in which the Subscription Undertakings will be accepted.

  • The Benefit Guide will specify if any Participants are eligible to have their Qualifying Subscription totals not be reset at the end of each Qualifying Period.


More Definitions of Qualifying Subscription

Qualifying Subscription means the execution, before the close of business on November 30, 2002, of subscription agreements (containing such terms as are reasonably acceptable to Creafund) with one or more bona fide investors providing for the issuance of $2,500,000 or more of equity of Voxware in one or more related financings.

Related to Qualifying Subscription

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

  • Qualifying Shares means shares of Common Stock which either (i) have been owned by the Grantee for more than six (6) months and have been “paid for” within the meaning of Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act, or (ii) were obtained by the Grantee in the public market.

  • Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.

  • Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.
