Qualitative Criteria definition

Qualitative Criteria means Landgate's requirements that must be met before a potential broker can become an authorised Broker of Landgate’s Location Information Products, including as may be detailed in any Expression of Interest.
Qualitative Criteria means SATC's requirements for Resellers, as detailed in SATC's “2025 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Tour Down Under – Approved Travel Specialist Expression of Interest”.
Qualitative Criteria means the qualitative criteria set out in column (c) of the table in Schedule 7 that are to be applied to assess whether a Change proposal complies with the applicable Change Criteria;

  • Each of the Objective Criteria Targets (as a group) and the Qualitative Criteria Targets (as a group) shall create separate award opportunities.

Qualitative Criteria means the requirements that the Licensee must meet to Landgate’s satisfaction before being appointed as a Licensee and includes any application or response made to Landgate’s invitation to apply to become a Licensee. Related Body includes those entities who are the Licensee’s Related Body Corporate, Subsidiary and/or Holding Company, as each term is defined in Section 9 of the Corporations Act (or equivalent concepts under any other legislation governing the Licensee, if such Licensee is not governed by the Corporations Act) and who receives Location Information Product from the Licensee.
