Quality Audit definition

Quality Audit means a systematic and independent examination to determine whether quality activities and related results comply with planned arrangements and whether these arrangements are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives;
Quality Audit means a systematic, independent and documented process for obtaining audit evidence and evaluating it objectively to determine the extent to which audit criteria are fulfilled.
Quality Audit will have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(b) of this Agreement.

Examples of Quality Audit in a sentence

  • If the Testing Quality Audit gives the Purchaser concern in respect of the Testing Procedures or any Test, the Purchaser shall: discuss the outcome of the Testing Quality Audit with the Service Provider, giving the Service Provider the opportunity to provide feedback in relation to specific activities; and subsequently prepare a written report for the Service Provider detailing its concerns, and the Service Provider shall, within a reasonable timeframe, respond in writing to the Purchaser’s report.

  • A Testing Quality Audit may involve document reviews, interviews with the Service Provider Representatives involved in or monitoring the activities being undertaken pursuant to this Schedule, the Purchaser witnessing Tests and demonstrations of the Deliverables to the Purchaser.

  • The Service Provider shall allow sufficient time in the Test Plan to ensure that adequate responses to a Testing Quality Audit can be provided.

  • The Service Provider shall provide all reasonable necessary assistance and access to all relevant documentation required by the Purchaser to enable it to carry out the Testing Quality Audit.

  • Any Testing Quality Audit shall be limited in duration to a maximum time to be agreed between the Service Provider and the Purchaser on a case by case basis (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Quality Audit means a requirement for an independent, third party assessment of the quality and seismic or cyclone resistant features of all the High Rise Building and especially in earthquake zone-III and coastal areas of the State. The quality audit report shall consist of conformance or non-conformance of structures with the technical specifications for prevention of progressive collapse during earthquake, cyclone or any other accidental load resistance and to suggest remedies/ rectification if any;

The audit may require Non Destructive Testing (NDT) on structures if such tests are not preformed during construction for structures under construction or as may deem required by the third party. For completed structures / old structures NDT shall be performed to ascertain health of completed structures, where such quality test reports are not available or partly available or as may deem required by the third party;
